This outfit is one of the one's you've been warned about. Leads coming in are a joke. Dated by months. Phone numbers are really a crap shoot.
We are Realtors in Wa. State and have been for over 18 years.
We are used to leads that can be tough to work, but this outfit is A SUPREME WASTE OF TIME AND LOTS OF MONEY. After 72 leads (?), we have nothing to show. We actually had one that we worked with, only to find that she had so much debt, she couldn't qualify.
Most of the "leads" have no accurate phone #'s and there is no prequalification asthe lead you to believe. Pick up the phone book and call randomly. You'll have more success.
