Scam construction rip off

This guy is unbelieveable. He starts work as soon as contract is signed, even if start date is negotiated in advance, encourages that you do not get building permits, and wants all checks written to him personally, not his company.

He intimidates by arriving during the day when only a housewife is home alone, and simply begins work without even letting the home owner know that he is there with his men. Always unscheduled, never the agreed upon start date.

Work is shoddy, and never completely finished. Sub standard materials and it will never last long. Also will demand comple payment before work is done and immediately run to bank to cash check, which must be made out in his name only, not his company.

Don't be taken, this was an unbelieveable experience!
