Beware of Thomas Ginn. This man is a crook. He promises great work at affordable prices. More like bad work for a lot of money. I had a dispute about my bill with how the work was completed and what I believe to be fraudulent charges. I have questioned him on his billing and he will not answer my phone calls. I have made substantial payments to him and now I have all the people who worked on my home asking me for payment. Yes, he took my money and didn't pay any of the workers. We are seeking action against him, I suggest the same if you have had any work done by him.
