Sold me a defective range

On 11/27 we purchased a Jennair gas range for $1791.03 which included an extendended warrantee until /27.

In June I had it serviced because the paint on the top was deteriorating. The service man said it was from the self cleaning and not to use it more than every three months and replaced the top.

In Nov the same thing happened. The service man came again replaced the top. So I quit using the self clean oven except at Thanksginving and summer and the top kept getting worse.

I called in Feb because I wanted it done before the warranty expired, and the service man came out ordered the part and said he would come back. Then Baillios called and said it was not covered by the store but by Maytag.

I called Maytag and was informed they will not cover it either. I had another service man come over to fix my washer and showed him and he said this not normal, to get in touch with you.

At the present time the burners are about to fall through the top and it looks really horrible and the warrenty is supposed to still be good.

I believe this was a lemon from the start.
