Owner Did not pay for my sculptures which he sold

George informed me, rather confessed, that he had sold two of my water feature sculptures, and "can't pay" me. He professes to be a christian, but seems to be otherwise.
He runs a high end landscape design and construction service, employs several workers, but can't seem to find enough money even to attempt to make good on the works he sold, even through a payment system of some sort.
A cheater of the worst kind.
