This woman put this amazing deal on Craigslist so of course we were interested. We then got an email back saying that we counldn't see the property but fill out an application because there are so many people interested. Red flag: Amazing price... Red flag 2: she had no contact info and her website was bogus and she only wanted to talk online. We then decided to look her up just google and instantly there was a scam report on her. We then decided not to fill out the application. It seemed weird that in this economy especially that she would be turning away people to rent her place and it would take a couple of days to process our application. Just beware!
