I signed a contract with Fernando Wright of 2622 Allston, Louisville, Ky to rehab a property that I own. The contract called for me to pay him half the payment up front and the other half due after completion. I paid him a total of $12,600. He gutted the property and never completed another job on it. He will not refund my money.
