SUCKS, a big consumer rip-off

Do not buy from RTG. They have attempted 4 deliverys and have not got one right. We are not paying what is due until they fix the problems. They are now calling my wife at work and bothering her.

The product from RTG, is very poor, the 1-800 customer service line, (i use that term loosly) is like calling a brick wall. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes.

They are the only furniture store that has a counter web site.in your search engine type Rooms to go sucks. Read about all the horror stories. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
