Repair of toilet as requested

I named rental office on 3/18/09, quit a note that water in bathroom was working (constantly), bathroom couldn't be flushed. I've not had the opportunity to utilize for that previous twenty four hours. Named rental office again on 03/19 after their workplace opened at 9:00 am, was informed that somebody could be sent instantly. It's today 1:47 pm.
