We were contacted by this company in the summer of 2008 to do HVAC work for them at retail stores in our area. We had never worked with a company like this before, but after a discussion with the representative that contacted us, we decided to move forward and completed work at 3 locations.

What began as simple maintenance requests, snowballed into bigger repairs that were needed on units that had not been maintained properly. The paperwork that had to be submitted to obtain authorizations to do the work was exhausting. It felt as though they were trying to trap you. We dropped everything to get these stores, whose employees and customers were sweltering in the heat, air conditioning only to be swindled and lied to, and to have each and every painstakingly submitted invoice slashed and re-written to their satisfaction, even though the terms had been agreed on before any work was done.

We were treated unfairly and although it has been almost 1 year since we were first contacted by this company, we have yet to see full payment on our invoices. We have lost on each and every service rendered for this company, and this experience has unfortunately made of wary of other companies soliciting us for the same type of service. Warning to any other company that crosses paths with them: stay far, far away.
