All Seasons Tree And Snow Removal
I almost don't know where to start

I should have thrown them off the property when they showed up at 1PM, 3 days late, instead of the 9AM as promised. It became clear to me that they must have come to the job, straight from the bar, as they where acting drunk, and smelled of alcohol, but I had already given Rick a large deposit for the work.

Highlights of the job include:

It took him 3 days toy cut down a medium size tree. His saw kept breaking, and he would leave the job, for extended amounts of time, while his crew sat there with nothing to do.

He drove on my wet/frozen lawn, with the his 5 ton bucket truck and immediately sunk 10 inches into the ground. The hole is still there, including the large blocks of wood he left in the hole. He required the services of a tow truck to get out, and he even insisted that I pay for the tow truck. I was forced to pay him, before the job was completed, just to get his tree truck out of my yard.

His crew consisted of a couple of homeless looking people.

He never returned to grind the stump, as promised.

He never cleaned up the disaster he made of my yard, including leaving the blocks of wood in the hole.

As of right now, he was paid in full but still hasn't been back to remove the stump or attempt to fix the damage to my yard. He even he even left the large boards in the ground for me to remove. All attempts to contact him have failed, as he hangs up the phone when he realizes it is me calling. It sounds as though I am going to be heading to small claims court in order to resovle this matter.

Not recommended, even if he comes over and works for free!
