Ripoff swindlers low quality horrible experience

We moved into our new house on June 14. Since we have moved in, we have had several major items that are in need of being replaced or fixed. The contractor instructed us to wait until near the end of his warranty, which is 60 days after completion. He has not been receptive to our complaints, and we have major defects in products and workmanship. His warranty expired Aug. 14.

A few of the major items on our list involve the guest shower/tub unit and the master bath shower unit. We first noticed a crack and chip in each when we moved in. After a few weeks, major cracks started to occur. At first we requested a restoration person to inspect the tubs. He did come out on July 25. However, he had stated that the master bath shower unit had been hit from the backside.

Also, the guest bath shower/tub unit has a serious crack in the bottom that would leak water underneath if a bath were drawn. We decided to request that these be replaced since we had paid for new crack free chip free tubs and showers in our new house.in addition, the places that have been patched are discolored. Also, after the warranty is up, we would have to continue having both maintained. He has verbally refused to replace those items.

In addition, our floors are uneven, and the wood flooring is experiencing major problems. The air conditioning unit went out. We had to have that replaced. All the interior doors have major gaps between the door and casing. The hallway walls to the master bedroom are not plumb. This could lead to future cracks in the sheetrock.

In addition, he stated that we would have oak cabinet doors in our kitchen, and instead he put ply core, which cost an additional $350 to be replaced. Our triple french doors in the living area has a leak and has ruined a few wood planks.in addition, the painting and wood work in the house is low quality. Over all our experience has been horrible.
