This company is "managing" over 2,000 properties in the Lancaster County area and growing. What they fail to mention is that they ignore their tenants, make false promises. Destroy evidence and files after they "let go" of their "managers". They allowed me and my children to go with out heat for a week in freezing temps, allowed the ceiling to leak for 6 months before they fixed it (after numerous phone calls and no return calls). The basement flooded after every rain storm and they did nothing. My ceiling fan in the kitchen was loose and I informed them that it would fall and they never fixed it (and it fell!). They replaced it with a much smaller unit with one night-light sized light bulb to light my entire eat-in kitchen!

My electricity was shared with the tenant above me and the shared common area lighting was on my bill as well (which is illegal). Took them 3 years to fix, after I reported them to PPL and they took the bill out of my name and put it in the owners name! Now since I have left and didn't return my keys the day I left they are trying to charge me rent until the day I return the keys and since the keys got lost in the mail they want to charge me to change the locks (not my responsibility!) This company tries to use intimidation tactics to get their tenants to pay their rent and be responsible but they don't hold up their end of the bargain by "managing" the properties. Do not rent from these people!
