We bought an Allamerican House from All-American Houses in January. Our home was among the first homes with opportunities on each & every soffet (employed for ventilation). Many houses just have opportunities on every additional or every 2 or 3 soffets. After twelve months, we observed water spots in most space about the southside of our home. It's because of snow coming up in to the soffets, which adopts our loft.

We approached Jay Homebuilders, who mounted our house. They arrived to check out it, provided little guidance, colored our roofs (which didn't assist in anyhow, aside from aesthetic factors) after which dismissed our calls.
