I purchased a $2,690.00 bed from Adjustablebed. Tv, their top of the line model with massage and headboard attachment. Five weeks later they delivered an adjustable bed but the massage feature did not work and there was no headboard attachment.

After much wrangling they sent someone out from the manufacturer to repair the bed, but the bed could not be repaired. It did not have massage motors and could not be adapted to install them. They had obviously delivered me an antique that had been laying around in a warehouse.

Now Sortie, the company that charged my card won't return my calls and Adjustablebed. Tv disclaims responsibility putting the blame on Sortie in California. The website claims satisfaction guaranteed. A lie. They claim money back if not satisfied. A lie. They claim they will take the bed back if not satisfied after three months. A lie. Every statement on the website about satisfaction is a lie.

Do not do business with these scammers and liars. Deal with honest companies.
