Pecan landscapping & doug hanratty rip-off landscapper from hell

Hired pecan groves landscapping in groves, texas in august to do a complete job. Tear out, new beds, plants, mulch, moss rock, and a flag stone patio were included in the drawing and the bid.

September my friend asked if i could go ahead and settle up with him and he would be finished in a couple of weeks. To make a long story short here it is 11 months later and i am still waiting.

I have several dead plants, no moss rock, very little mulch, and 1/2 the flagstone needed for the patio that has never been properly built. I even gave the guy and extra $225.00 when i settled up so he could buy the grass i needed to complete the job. Hehe have to laugh to keep from crying.

This guy has been a customer and i thought friend for many years. I have since discovered that i'm not the only one he has practiced this type of work ethics with. Too bad he is such a nice guy that he just sucked many of us in.
