False claims, bad company

Claim Specialists International came to our house. They seemed nice but we should have researched the company before sending them any checks from our insurance company. They said they would help finish our roof: Fact:
-Took our check from ins company and immediatley cashed it
-It has been 9 months since they cashed the check and no work has been done no contact from this company.
_they give the same execuses every time we call. Backed up on work.
DO NOT use claim specialists international. They are frauds! They will not complete your work. They will take your insurance money and run! Do not deal with them unless you want future problems. Get everything in writing from a contractor directly!!
