Never delivered the toilet seat that I ordered over a year ago

I had previously ordered a toilet and sink from lavabosinks.com. They finally arrived several monthsl late. The toilet seat broke and I contacted them to order a replacement. I sent them the funds in 4/1, and have still not received the replacement toilet seat that I ordered.

I did receive a response from them about 6 months ago that they had received the wrong color from the manufacturer, and that the correct color would be shipped soon. However, I have not received any response back from them since, despite many emails and phone calls.

I am located in the USA, and am planning a trip to Europe soon. I would appreciate any info on where I can find these people who ripped me off, as I would like to pay them a visit.
