Web site looks great but they take your money and you don't get your product

I needed a new coffee maker and googled the brand I wanted. IKitchens looked like a great company so I paid for it online. I have not received the coffee maker and they have had my money for weeks. The phone number is disconnected and there has been no reply to my email. This appears to be a scam.
