Watch WHAT THEY LEAVE IN YOUR DRAIN And What kind of Parts they use

I had some plumbing work done in Feb-Mar by Bob Gray Plumbing. The first day they finished redoing my shower pan and stall, and replacing the tile and drain, I had to call them back because it was stopped up. They tried to charge me for that, but I told them I was not paying for it since they were the ones who stopped it up. Well, we continued to have some drain problems, but nothing serious.

Then, last month, August, we began to have problems with the shower backing up. My kids noticed that there was a lid to some kind of bottle inside the drain. The thing is, nothing that big can fit down the drain, so they had to have sealed it in there when they did the work. I called them and she said, quote "it's not feasible that we are responsible". Now, if nothing that size can fit down the drain due to the grill, then that means it had to be done when they were rebuilding the shower and replacing the pan. So how is that is not feasible. They refused to back up their warranty.

I paid a lot of money to have that shower redone, and they said they guaranteed their work. Obviously they don't. I feel I was ripped off, because not only does the shower back up, but now the stems are leaking just like before it was ever fixed and floods my daughter's bedroom. If you ask me, Bob Gray Plumbing is a RIPOFF. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off and just were afraid to say anything.
