I had ordered granite countertops from this company because their price was cheaper than anybody else. This is not a mistake that I will make again.

The crew of 4 guys showed up 2 hours late. I was told they would be there shortly after I called when they were 30 min late. Once they began working the pieces were not cut correctly. They did not carry the right tools to fix it properly. They used a side grinder which left the edge crooked and the back edge against the wall was the same.

The crew of 4 smelled of alcohol and acted as if they had just left the bar.in the back of their work truck's bed were at least 24 empty beer cans. I also learned from speaking to them only one had his lience the others had lost it due to DUI's.

When I called the manager he was very rude and did not see how this was his problem. I was told " If you let us leave that means you acceptted the work." I told him about his employees smelling of alcohol and was told to " Mind you own bussiness, they weren't drinking at your house." He didn't care that his employees might be driving drunk in a company truck. When I asked to speak to the owner he laughed and said "Unless you speak Korean you are s*t outta luck."

Avoid this company at all cost they do poor quality work and do not believe in 100% customer sastisfaction.
