Lied, Stole my work, ruined my business relationships, exploited me and others

Phillip Alan Riutcel lied to me as well as many other people to get us to do work to benefit him. He promised good pay as well as interest in wood door and window manufacturing equipment to use our carpentry skills to produce large quantities of wood doors, windows, and other woodworks. All in all, we produced about $750,000.00 in manufactured products. We were never payed for our work.

Phil Riutcel was never around to assist with any of the work and help was needed. He constantly lied about what he was doing and where he was going while we accomplished the work. Some of us went into personal debt to cover the fact that we were not receiving money for our work. After he burned all the bridges he had with us, he secretly rented a flatbed truck and hauled the equipment and tools out of the shop on a sunday night. To top it off, he stole some beautiful teak, mahogany, and Oak doors that I had built for myself.
