AC Tool, I ordered tools from them and still haven't gotten an answe

I ordered some testing equipment in the last part of December 08. I still have received nothing and my credit card has been charged $1550. I was also told that there would be no freight charges. Now I get the run around and phone calls from Kej Supply which is a division of AC Tool. I am disputing the charge this week if I do not get a straight answer.
