I never received what I ordered from Aiken Colon

I ordered 2 thermal imagers from Aiken Colon Tool Supply in early December 08 and was charged immediatly on my credit card for the purchase. I was told by the salesman I would receive my order within a week at the latest. On December 22nd I called and was given the run around about a back order on both thermal imagers by the salesman.

By the 1st week of January I hadnt received my imagers so I called to say I wanted a refund and was given another story of the holiday shipping delay. After not getting an answer by January 10th over one month after I ordered them I disputed the charge on my credit card and am awaiting a recredit to my card. I still have called Aiken Colon and get no response. I would advise others to not order anything from them. I guess the company name should speak volumes, Aiken Colon? What a joke.
