Fraudulent Business Practices

Construction & Repair

The Illumination Gallery at 7807 Inwood Road in Texas is just a deceptive company. Despite their Site promises to be always a household company that “strives for “100% 5-star feedback” and offers “email assistance to our customers” you'll be overlooked.

I bought a roof fan before Holiday through the Illumination Gallery site. The domainname for this site is authorized under GoDaddy.com, Inc by Bryan Roth (brynay@sbcglobal.net). Their obvious spouse, Renee M. Roth (lightinggal@sbcglobal.net), is one within the same who's also promoting these same products on ebay and ioffers.

Nevertheless, after fourteen days I attempted to join up a merchant account on the site to monitor my purchase, but this site didn't function. I subsequently sent them to incorporate my purchase quantity and product information as directed, but never obtained that guaranteed “quick and brief response.” actually, I'm however to get any reaction. I've also created numerous calls and quit many voicemails to no avail. Up to now, they've the cash and that I having nothing. I submitted an on line customer problem using the Texas Lawyer General’s Workplace and also the Better Business Office.
