Poor quality

I'd clearly caution anybody likely to purchase from UpDone. 3 times I requested from them, and two of these purchases were big purchases of 15-20 products and so I feel I've some understanding of their outfit. The first two purchases were excellent and that I really informed all my buddies about them, simply because they provided custom dimensions at irresistible prices. But the final purchase I put was extremely frustrating. The print-quality was appropriate however the building of the gallery systems was horrible. These products were inconsistent with one another with prior purchases I'd put. Our fist 2 purchases included a durable support behind the covered fabric plus they were excellent hunting and tight. This last purchase included only 4 finished gallery systems. Another 11 gallery wraps in my own purchase had no support and therefore appeared really lightweight without any tautness towards the fabric-totally inappropriate. Obviously they've horrible quality-control since my purchase was therefore sporadic. However the true kicker may be the COMPLETE insufficient customer support. I named many times and talked to atleast two distinct people, none of whom provided any aid or clarification. They explained to "start a solution" on the site for quick support, and so I did. I obtained NO reaction from their website whatsoever.in regards to a week later I did so get a contact talking about my solution quantity that advised me my purchase had been shipped, that we clearly understood. The solution wasn't trackable by me, or did anybody react to my complaint. Ultimately, I quit in it and needed to rebuild all the gallery wraps myself. Consequently I'm informing everybody I understand NOT AT ALL to-order from their store since the quality isn't guaranteed and also the customer support is completely non existent. I'm simply grateful my probelm was anything I really could repair. Normally I'd have now been completely scammed.
