Construction Rip-off

Had purchased windows, there installed while at work.
Payed cash $2,300.8 windows have pictures of how there are only 4 screws holding living room and dinning room windows in place. There is at lease a three inch gap in the dinning room window, snow and rain actually enters through opening.

We have taken him to court won the case never received satisfaction. He lives with his brother joe lebovitz on the second floor.

It is now about 4 years we have been trying to receive some satisfaction. I seems that the consumer has no rights.
