Waiting on refund, it's been 3 months now. Getting the run around

I bought and paid for $1,058.05 of wallpaper. The paper was discontinued so I asked for a refund and they said sure, no problem. Well, its been 3 months and everytime I call they say they are sending it to the accounting manager and nothing happens.
