Contacted 30 times to finish contract BBB worthless organization

As part of the contract to buy our home in Smyrna, the previous owners were required to pay for a new garage door. They fufilled their obligation and had a receipt stamped paid from Overhead Services, Inc. They presented this receipt at closing as evidence at closing.

The garage door was to be installed after we moved in. We simply needed to wait for Overhead Services, Inc to receive and then install the door. This was June.

I have contacted Overhead Services, Inc over 30 times and have never even been able to speak with anyone other than the receptionist, who promises that Mike Sibley (the owner) will call me back.

I have contacted the better business bureau (worthless organization) but to no avail. I am unable to serve him a warrant for small claims court since he only has a PO box. I've been scammed!!
