Cracked foundation

SPS agreed to replace the foundation at 2757 Madera avenue on April. I was told that this was guaranteed and if I should ever have a problem to please contact them and they would come out to check he problem out. I noticed a few months ago that there is a crack in the foundation and i called SPS for advice. I did get a call back from scott who said he would be by to check it out and never showed up. I have called the SPS office a total of 11 times with no return call. This was a pretty expensive undertaking and i want to know if i should be concerned about the crack. As common courtesy someone should have the professionalism to focus on customer satisfaction and at the very least contact me regardless of the outcome.
