He's mulitple conclusions against him, does poor work and doesn't pay subs. He employs men, gets them in to the work, then disappears. While its period to pay for, he stalls you, then gets compensated from his clients and travels down using the cash.

He beat us and some additional subs on the job in Morris Plains and that I currently discover his house is in foreclosure making him really harmful to complete business with on any degree, whether being employed by him to complete focus on employment, or if you're employing him to complete a job for you personally.
