In the past I reported how this vendor has changed their phone number to try and avoid being tracked down. Now, they are in the process of changing their name and phone numbers again. I have also ascertained that Robert Hobbs is going to arbitration the week of December 8th with another customer whom has an identical complaint to mine. They are apparently changing their name due to a large number of unresolved complaints with the Kentucky Better Business Bureau and a number of complaints with web based organizations such as usacomplaints.com
