I wish I had known about this site BEFORE I sold $159 worth of books to eCampus. I also sold mine to them the first week of January and was notified that they were received within the following seven days. My account has been showing "Payment Issued" since January 14, but as of March 16, I had not received payment.

I emailed them because they have no phone number listed, only a fax number. I cannot get a personal response either - I get the same standard email response about the unexpected huge response and the additional weeks of delay.

As of today, April 14, I still have not received my payment, and still cannot get eCampus to respond to my emails. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Kentucky and the National Consumer Fraud Agency, and have contacted the Kentucky State Attorney General's Office.
