Sold me broken cabinets, wrong sizes, bad finishes, scratched, etc

This company is one of the worst I have ever done business with. The owner is a lady who actually lives in Germany with her husband who is in the US Army. She rents a room here in VA and comes back from time to time, a little secret she didn't divulge. Very convenient when you don't want to be found! Anyway, she came out to my house & spent 4 hours measuring, drawing, etc., and convinced me to buy her cabinets that were in stock, saying that they were better made than the special orders. When they arrived, there were some that were too small, too big, broken, scratched, missing pieces, you name it. She blamed me because she said I changed my mind too many times! Anyway, I have a bulk-head above my cabinets and she said that the cabinet above my fridge would fit. Wrong. We also had to re-order other cabinets because she sent the wrong sizes. She had to come out again and re-measured, brought the worst child that I have ever seen (climbed on my furniture, helped herself to my refrigerator, about killed my little dog, screamed, cried, and drove me bonkers), and spend another 4 hours here. Her assistant came out to deliver the right cabinets and said she had never seen such a mess. Since I could not use one cabinet and the crown molding would not work with my bulkhead, I decided to remove it and get taller wall cabinets. I even said I would pay the difference. The owner, Sarah March, said that she would not take by the other cabinets and I would have to buy new ones, to the tune of $1800. I have had to pay contractor's for 3 days to sit around and do nothing, I am forced to use the junk that I currently have, and she is hiding in Germany with her husband who is a lawyer! I am also missing pieces and her husband told the assistant not to talk to me anymore. I am in business too, and I would never, ever treat my customers this way. They are a big rip-off. Stay away. The lady, according to her assistant is "certifiably crazy" and I believe it.
