I recently purchased a hugger (like a comforter) for my son's bed. It came to us and was defective. They would not refund our money. They state I only get a 100% in store credit or they will credit the Visa and deduct 30% for restocking fees. Their web-site doesn't say anything about restocking fees. They later decided to allow a 25% restocking fee. Kind of them.

You can not talk to anyone other then the 2 customer service people. There is no one above them to talk too. If you want that, you have to e-mail the customer service. Which first they told me was the owner. Once I finally got the owner's e-mail address, and sent a note to her, another customer service person answered and said she was out of the country. That was in early Jan 03. Well, here it is early Feb 03 - and she is still out of the country.

Their customer service it very, very bad. Do not shop with them. They do not care about their customers. Only their policys. They will not work with you at all. They will not call you, only e-mail.

Since this is going on, I have been searching the web only to find I am not the only person that has posted complaints about them on line. I am sure I will not be the last.
