Rebate ripoff

We purchased brand new cabinets and other incidentals for our kitchen rmodeling job. We sent in the rebate form which was for $500 if you purchased 10 cabinets. We bought 14 cabinets and the rebate center sent us a letter stating that we only bought 7. We sent a letter in protest and went directly to the sales person and they called the rebate center. Again we were told that we had on 7 cabinets even though their own computer in the store show 14 were delivered. They are so crooked at the rebate center its beyond belief
