Unauthorized oil delivery

In June I appeared in my own mail to locate a bill for gas shipping, a delivery I never approved. WhenI spoken towards the staff-they explained they just required customers which were automated shipping. I told him I never might have requested for almost any gas shipping when they advised me of this and he explained he'd not need consumed me like a client. After I examined the web site there's a choice for "Will-Call" in the place of "automated", which opposes what he explained. I'd @90 gallons place in the container plus they stated they'd fall the cost by. 50 cents a gallon, although they just decreased it 40 dollars a gallon on my bill. Using the costs heading down like they've, actually that does not work-out to my benefit. I had been just thinking what my choices have been in this situation of getting unauthorized gas shipping?
