Bought house in September '08. Was informed 76 gallons of gas within the container was one of them purchase. Suburban stuffed this container in July,33 gallons. I had been charged for that 76 gallons within the container in August. I had been subsequently charged for that 33 gallons in Sept. The July bill was for 76 gallons. The Sept bill was for 33 gallons shipped in August. They involved a late charge with this particular statement in June, despite the fact that I never noticed a statement for that 33 gallons. I rec'd a 55-gallon shipping on September 20th aswell. I talked with costumer support many times to ask why my statement was therefore large, after many telephone calls; I had been informed the vendor was returned the cash for that 76 gallons. I had been inspired to take a budget by this repetition. It was October 15th. I decided, settled my 55-gallon statement of $199 and was informed the budget could be $95/month. I rec'd another statement for $95, for September - Oct. I named customer support again, they explained this $95 expenses was from 10/15 until 10/20 for that budget strategy. They are charging period starts about the 20th each month, they WOn't prorate it and they WOn't credit my cost for that September 20th shipping toward the budget. The corporation is double-dipping, getting me twice for that identical gas. Utilize every other organization for the gas requirements. The corporation doesn't clarify their payment guidelines, their customer support representatives lay, plus they WOn't correct their errors. It's undesirable using the advanced individuals are spending money on oil products, the gas firms report earnings thatthese businesses would need to tear their clients off how they ripped me down. I am changing to electrical, they dropped my company and I wish they're going broke.
