(mold & Water Damage Experts) Robbed All Of My Insurance Money

Due to a water pipe burstage in my house I had to have that reapaired. I'm with The American Integrity insurance gruop when it comes to my house being insured. Because of the damages that had been done and a few other modifications my house could have used prior to the water pipe burstage at my house I had recieved from my insurance company basically 22,000 dollars.
I had then went to seek help from Dry Wizard to settle first what had to be settled and that was getting my piped fixed. With the money I had been entitled with I also planning to get my floors done with tile, have my water heater reapired, get new kitchen cabinets installed in my kistchen since the ones that I already had were being rotten away and were infested with roaches, and last but not least I was planning to fix my patio up since it too could use some modifications.

When dry wizard had come over to repaor my pipe I guess they couldnt help what notice what needed to be done to my house. They insisted we let them work with us on our house and that they would take care and handle everything with trhe handing of my check from my insurance company. I gave them a list of what i wanted done to my house and with that the check too. The firest thing they got started open was drying up the house since my all the floors in my house were soaked and as well as the lower base of my walls. So with that they brung in their dehimidifyers to dry up the house. Once that was done it took them weeks to come back again and get started with my floors. Once they were done with that which had taken them about 5 days I called Joanne Delarosa who is representaive/secretary for Dry wizard and who was personally handling my dilemma. However when I'd call her she'd hang up on me or tell me she was busy and then hang up or just not pick up her phone. I began to get really stressed and when she finally answered a call i had made to her I wanted to ask her when should she be sending people over to get started on my cabinets. Hesitant she told me she'd have to check what was left from my insurance check. After hearing this I became very angry stating that I had been given 22,000 dollars by my insurance companyand that there should be more than enough to spare for the cabinets I wanted. After that talk on the phone with her which ended up in her telling me, She'll see what was left she again started denying and avoidong my phone calls.

It had later come down to her telling me over the phone that to fix my broken pipe, dry up my house, and install tiles into my house had taken up all the money and part of the sum that was left had to go to her company for the work they had put in. She and her company used up ALL my money to get three things done to my house. To this day I'm still stuck wh=ith the same cabinets, have no hot water (and winter is right around the corner), and my patio still needs fixing. I'm looking for a lawyer to help me in my case and wish to let all know that Dry Wizard is not the home repair company to be looked towards. They robbed me of my money and I intended to recieve my right to collect.
