Mr. Fence
Mr. Fence "finally" get's it done, but won't fix their errors — DO NOT USE THEM Dallas

We got several fence replacement quotes (for an 8-ft cedar fence) and Mr. Fence was the best price... However they are the worst service. They service Plano, Richardson, Wylie, and other North Dallas areas.

After we scheduled a start date, we were excited. Then the morning they were supposed to start, we called to confirm the exact start time so that we could get the dogs out of their way. That's when they said they were behind and would be a few days before starting. They would be there on Wednesday. No problem, so far.

Then Wednesday morning, we called to get an approximate start time and were told it would be Friday. Rain had made a few other delays. Still no problem, so far.

Then Friday, when my husband called, they were apologetic & said they would be there Monday. Hhhmmm... Starting to feel a little antsy, but not overly concerned yet.

Monday - they finally arrive around 10am. They partially tear down the fence, leave a huge mess, and are gone by 3pm. No wonder they are behind... They only work part time I guess. Tuesday, get's the rest of the fence down & cleans up the mess. Then they start on the new fence.

By the end of the week, the new fence is up. It' looks OK for the most part... Except for the area in the front that looks crooked and the other front side where they are short about 2 feet. We're just happy they are done and can't wait until it's set long enough to stain. Then we can be done with these idiots.

Several weeks go by, and the fence sets... So now it's time to stain it. We call Mr. Fence and tell him about a couple of boards that have popped and the color we want. They said they are coming Saturday to get everything started. No one showed up. We called multiple times over the next week — no returned phone calls. No personal visits. No apologies. They just didn't come back.

My husband has now fixed the board pops and we are hiring another company to stain the fence. I'm sure it will be beautiful when it's done, now that we have a PROFESSIONAL company working for us.

Do NOT use Mr. Fence... Unless you have some Tylenol for the headache you are going to have! Their price was NOT worth the trouble!!!
