Rip-off false promises

I ordered my furniture 4/11/02. I call the company 5-10 times daily. The owner of the company is the only one to talk to. My other contacts have left the company.

Every week I am promised furniture! There is always an excuse... Weather, broken truck, etc... I leave messages that are never returned.

HR, the owner, has promised me delivery this week... Again. After 9 1/2 mths, I don't know what to believe.
