Le right appliance repairs () took my money and ran!

I called Mr. Lee to come out and fix my refrigerator because it was not cooling, he looked at it and
told me it needed some relays he put them in and did not fix issue the he told me he needed to replace thermostat he said it would cost about $278.00. The price sounded high to replace thermostat but i said okay okay to fix it, he said he had to pick up part and would put it in in a couple days. He came and installed part and told me it was fixed. I put some drinks in and checked in couple hours and found the drinks were frozen solid, so I called Lee told him what was happening and he told
he must adjusted the thermostat to high, so he suggested for me to lower it down. So I lowered the temperature down and checked on it a couple hours later and it stoped cooling. I called lee again the next day told him so he said you must have a leak somewhere he said he would come out in a few days. He finally showed up and i was at work and my wife was home and said he put freon in it because it was low and it was fine and he left. I Had my wife put a drink in refrigerator and waited 30 minutes and it was still hot so I called lee again and he said he would come on and look at it again. He
never came back I'VE Called him and told him just to give me back my money back cause nothing has been fixed, refrigerator is still not cooling and he said he was done I would have to pay more money for him to come out cause it has another problem. He did offer to give me back 130.00 dollars back then called back the next day and said that he thought about it and only would give me 70.00 back. So 278.00 bill plus 78.00 for diagnose fee for him to come out total of 356.00 dollars and refrigerator is still broke and he worked on refrigrator he left screws missing that I found on floor later on, I need help, please.
