We contracted them to build & place a mobile home on our vacant land. They gave us 4 or 5 names of contractors that would finish the set up. Not one of them got back to us. I feel due to the fact they never even began work on the manuactured home and we couldn't find anyone to set up the home, they should at least give us back half of it.
I incourage anyone doing business with them, read the fine print carefully, they will keep all of your down or hold money.
