JW Waymer Contractors New & USed Mobile Homes Rip-off their employees, also known as Wilco Investments

I am writing about this company as they are a real RIPOFF
They go around hiring people to do work for them and then they
refuse to pay them. These people ask us to find some one to do a driveway for them for a new mobile home buyer here and so we ask our son if he wanted the job and he said fine as long as they paid him at least half of the money up front in which they did pay that. There was no time limit on when he was to do the job as it had rained very hard and the job was impossible to do right away.

Anyway our son jumped in and did the job burying the culvert and wasn, t quite finished with it and so he said he would be back in two weeks and finish the job in which he was almost done. All he had to do was bring three more loads of gravel and spread it.

The company hired someone else just one day before our son was to come back and finished the job and now they refuse to pay him at least half of what the contract called for. Our son is not the only person he has done this with.

They also done the same thing with the man that was hauling the double wide in and he laeft it parked on someone elses property and they had to hire someone else to haul it the rest of the way in. I can, t even begin to tell you the things these people are doing to different people.

They also borrowed more money than they needed on the buyers loan through us and the buyers don, t know it and we have proof of it as we had to give him the extra money he borrowed through our checking account These people need to be investigated badly Thank You
