He did some work for me in the past, twice with no problem so for me to give him 200.00 to buy plants was not a big deal until he dissappreared and never returned my phone calls. He was supposed to do my landscaping for 200.00, gave him a check under the nursery's owner Alain Guillen-supposedly.

200.00 is not a lot of money and he lost more than that because I could have given him a lot of work.

I want to prevent other people from being ripped off in a bigger way from this character.

He is about 5'6", 150 lbs., slight beard, 47-50 years old. Works with his son who is about 18 yrs old and does not go to school. He is teaching his son how to be a thief just like him.

Drives a Ford 250, white which runs on diesel. Very noisy model.

He speaks broken English, cuban born, native language is Spanish. According to what he said he lives in Miami Lakes.
