Queen size mattress damaged by deliveryman who carried it alone on shoulde

The shorter deliveryman carried the queensize mattress on his shoulder alone. Also the foundation. I asked taller man why and was given a saucy answer.
The mattres is lopsided - higher on one side than the other. It was fine in the store. I believe it was mishandled by these two men clowning around. Possibly dropped. The store says it was a floor model and not guaranteed.

It was fine in the store which is why I took it. It cost $70 for delivery. I bought a nice mattress. It was all right in the store. Now it is damaged.
I believe it was mishandled by these two deliverymen as above.
I would like a full refund of $730.
