Aka beaver floor deceptive & fraudulent business practices rip-off scam liars

This company BeaverHome, BeaverFloor has been investigated by the Attorney General's office in NY. Check out their website www.oag. State. Ny.Us/press. Search for press release in Oct. 23,200. A Western New York has ordered BeaverHome.com to pay $150,00 in refunds to dozens of customers.

Earlier that year, the AG office obtained more than $90,000 in refunds as well as having the company agree to enact reforms to address the problems underlying the consumer complaints. These reforms included:
confirming delivery dates in writing or e-mail
implementing procedures for advising consumers of any shipping delays and offering the customers the option of a refund providing full refunds/exchanges for indoreect merchanise and providing full refunds within 30 days with additional fees for bounced

I ordered in Aug. 02 hardwood floors. Never got an email confirming my order even after I called several times to get one. One excuse was, well DJ's not to smart. He's a little slow! By November 22, I still had no floor so I cancelled. Was told by owner NEAL MARTIN that he would issue a refund check 12-15-02. Of course I never received a check. Excuses I got from him: The roof caved in, family probelms, we were closed for a few days, the CEO is is Maryland!

BeaverHome and BeaverFloor are doing business in Suwanee Georgia. This theif Neal Martin needs to be stopped and his website shut down. I am notifying the AG in NY, the AG in Atlanta Georgia as well as the BBB in Atlanta. The attorney for BeaveHome in NY is Harvey F. Siegal. His number is 716-883-4800.
