I just want to let other trusting consumers know to stay away from a company called TheInteriorGallery.com

I purchased a defective billard cabinet from them for $494.00 that arrived in a damaged box with missing pieces, no hardware and bubble wrap embedded down the entire cabinet front-what was supposed to be first quality was clearly a poor factory second that was shipped inappropriately.

What is most disturbing is the way this company chose to handle, or rather NOT handle, my claim. After repeated attempts at contacting them, I finally got them on the phone and was told to emil photos to them-of course they never responed and stopped answering the phone. So I have an unusable piece of junk sitting on my billiard room floor and am out just shy of $500.00 from a dishonest company that lives up to the old saying "take the money and run."
