Scammers that ship out imported junk

I recently got a call from a salesman at Ace Industrial Tool out of Burbank California. I purchased some sawblades and when I received them they said made in China. The salesman told me they were American made and I tried calling them to no avail. I paid by credit card so I am kind of screwed. I decided next time I purchase tools over the phone it will only be on a net 30, so I can see the product before I pay.

P.S. I did some checking on the company and its owned by a Tim Stern who is a big time gambler in Vegas I found out.
