Absolute Comfort - ACS Technician pocketed cash for service and denies performing the service

My Home Warranty Service LandAmerica Home Warranty sent this company to my home on 08/19/08 to repair my A/C. Each repair call costs 60.00 so I had a check ready. The technician replaced a part on the unit outside and then looked in the attic to see why the unit was not cooling. He told us that the unit was dirty with built up hair and debris. He could clean the unit for an additional 145.00 because the warranty didn't cover cleaning so it would be our out of pocket expense. The A/C was running so poorly our electrical bill had been over 500.00 the last two months the house was so hot we had no choice. We paid the technician cash and he told us that he was sorry but he didn't have a receipt book but he would mail us one when he returned to the office.

About a week later the guest bathroom floor was soaked. Water was pouring out of the ceiling and down into the wall. I called a plumber because I was sure a pipe had burst. That cost me an additional 60.00. When he came out and examined the house he stated there was a clog in the pipe from the A/C pan and that I would have to get the A/C tech back out to fix. I called ACS to tell them what happened and on the receipt the tech only noted the part he replaced on the outside unit. He never gave his company the cash or noted the service he performed. So now the company is saying it's my word against his and they are willing to do absolutely nothing to fix the A/C so I can at least replace my wall which is not covered under any warranty. This is ridiculous; if their employee is stealing money from them then they need to deal with it. Now he is stealing money from me. I talked on the phone with the receptionist several times to only be told it was my word against his. I asked for that technician (Noe) to call me directly, she said she would pass on the message. I told the lady on the phone why on earth would he tell the truth because he would lose his job, she agreed and said yes 145.00 is not worth him losing his job. I'm so frustrated with this whole situation; I'm not sure what else I can do. All I want is the A/C fixed without having to pay anymore money; I've already lost 265.00 and received nothing but more problems.
